You will drive executive media positioning by identifying opportunities to strengthen the visibility, credibility and thought leadership of Ferrero's senior leaders across priority media and stakeholder platforms. You will support executives, spokespeople and subject matter experts through media counselling, interview preparation and training, while ensuring the development of high-quality communication materials such as press statements, key messages, Q&A documents and briefing notes. You will leverage media monitoring, analytics and external insights to identify emerging trends, opportunities and potential reputational risks. You will continuously monitor the evolving media landscape, including digital platforms and AI-driven information discovery, adapting media relations approaches and recommendations to maximize impact and protect Ferrero's corporate reputation.
Thanks to your leadership and collaboration skills, you will lead and develop the Global Media Relations team while fostering strong partnerships across functions, regions, markets and external partners to ensure a coordinated and consistent global media approach.
Thanks to your approximately 15 years of experience in media relations, corporate communications, public affairs, journalism or communications consulting, you will bring a strong understanding of international media landscapes, corporate reputation management and stakeholder expectations.
Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams and influence senior stakeholders in a complex global matrix organization. Your experience in executive counselling and spokesperson preparation will enable you to provide guidance for interviews, public appearances and strategic media engagements.
You will demonstrate excellent editorial judgment, strong writing and messaging capabilities, with the ability to develop clear and consistent communication materials. You will combine strategic thinking, using media monitoring, analytics and external insights to identify reputational risks, communication opportunities and actionable recommendations.
Your ability to operate under pressure, prioritize effectively and manage multiple sensitive topics will support successful delivery in a fast-moving international environment.
