Your work will protect business continuity, strengthen resilience, and create measurable impact across our global cocoa story.

You willlead Sales & Operations Planning(S&OP) governance for the global cocoa beans portfolio, synchronizing consumption forecasts, sourcing choices, operational plans, and delivery execution. Moreover, you will act as the operational owner for raw cocoa beans flows across five strategic warehouses in Belgium, Italy, and Canada, as well as the lecithin strategic warehouse in Italy. You will translate procurement and planning inputs into correct physical and system outcomes, monitor inbound and outbound performance, track capacity use, and resolve bottlenecks to keep flows reliable.

Finally, you will govern external logistics partners, set clear routines, monitor KPIs, and ensureconsistent process and system execution. You will guarantee adherence to the Inventory Count Policy across warehouses, providing accurate documentationand reporting to Finance and PwC for audit purposes. Through your daily decisions, you will anticipate risks and secure continuity when constraints appear.

You bring a Master’s degree in Economics, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering, and at least2-3 years of operations experience with direct exposure to a manufacturing environment in the food & beverage sector. You have worked on capacity planning, line performance analysis, production planning, consumption planning etc.

You can analyse data and build clear models using advanced Excel and Power BI, turning scenarios into practical actions. You know ERP systems and SAP, and you understand how system accuracy supports physical execution. If you have used Coupa, you can apply that experience quickly to support smooth end‑to‑end flows.

You work fluently in English, in writing and speaking, and you communicate decisions clearly across a global matrix. You can challenge reported volumes and capacities, link planning outputs to line behaviour and technical limits, and stay organised and independent while you collaborate with culturally diverse teams to craft better outcomes.

Are you ready for this great challenge? Don’t miss the chance to apply!
