Based in our Luxembourg HQ and reporting to the Raw Material Procurement Category Manager (Cocoa Beans), you will manage all operational parts concerning the purchase and delivery of cocoa beans so our business can deliver consistent quality, on time. You will turn category direction into strong operational performance to deliver on objectives in a diligent way.

By covering this position, your work will contribute to continuity of supply in a complex cocoa value chain, in close collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders. With every decision, you will craft a stronger supply plan and create a real impact on what people enjoy every day.

You will contribute to the cocoa beans category strategy and translate it into practical procurement plans that match business needs with a strong focus on operational activities. You will support budgeting and the medium-term plan, using market insights to guide choices. By sharing clear analyses with leaders, you will help protect availability and manage cost and risk responsibly.

Moreover, you will negotiate in line with the Ferrero Code of Business Conduct, compare alternatives, and keep supplier competition fair. You will also manage price lists, allocations, and purchase orders with discipline.

Finally, you will manage and strengthen supplier relationships, so you can anticipate and resolve issues and ensure continuity. You will help manage strategic stock and supply flow in line with sales and operations planning (S&OP) needs, and you will track service, quality, and stock indicators. You will embed sustainability initiatives in daily decisions and support group leadership projects on cocoa.

You will bring your educational background in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field, with at least 3 years of procurement or supply chain experience. You have worked with raw materials and understand the operational flows and how supply choices affect quality, cost, and delivery.

You can negotiate with suppliers, evaluate offers with clear criteria, and communicate decisions in a direct, respectful way. You build trust across functions by listening, aligning priorities, and acting with integrity, while keeping your focus on continuity of supply and measurable outcomes.

You work confidently in English, written and spoken, and you use Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) to analyze data and report insights. You have demonstrated a strong level of proficiency with systems relevant for Procurement (e.g. SAP, Ariba, etc.) and you can maintain accurate purchasing data, so your day‑to‑day execution supports the bigger purpose.

Bring your expertise to a complex cocoa value chain and help secure quality, sustainability, and continuity worldwide.
