As Central, East & West Africa Business Coordinator, you will help shape Ferrero’s growth story across a diverse and exciting region. Your mission is to build strong distributor partnerships, identify opportunities to grow our brands, and ensure excellent execution in every market. By connecting commercial strategy, local insights, and operational excellence, you will create a lasting impact on business performance and strengthen Ferrero’s presence across Africa. 

You will work closely with distributor partners and cross-functional teams, guiding key commercial decisions and helping turn opportunities into sustainable growth. 

You will lead distributor partnerships while ensuring commercial strategies are effectively translated into business results. Your work will combine market understanding, relationship building, and careful business planning. 

  • You drive growth across assigned markets by selecting, developing, and supporting distributor partners, while monitoring performance, compliance, and execution through regular reviews and market visits. 

  • You develop and implement sales strategies, annual plans, trade investments, pricing recommendations, and forecasts that support both local objectives and Ferrero priorities. 

  • You strengthen market presence by improving distribution, visibility, route-to-market effectiveness, sales capabilities, and execution standards, while providing clear business updates and recommendations to support decision-making. 

You bring strong commercial experience and enjoy working across different cultures, markets, and business environments. You know how to balance long-term relationship building with delivering business results, and you can adapt your approach to different situations while maintaining clear priorities. 

  • You bring at least 10 years of experience in indirect sales, including 5 or more years working in African markets, ideally within the FMCG sector. 

  • You have experience in business development, market creation, or developing new commercial opportunities, supported by a strong understanding of distributor networks and commercial ecosystems in Africa. 

  • You can work confidently with Excel and business intelligence tools, communicate fluently in English and French, and travel frequently across the region to support business growth and execution.
