As part of the Group Food Safety & Quality function, the Casa Ferrero Sensory Specialist & Data Analyst plays a key role in driving sensory excellence and data-driven decision making.  

You will support the planning, organization, execution, and interpretation of sensory evaluation activities, ensuring the generation of reliable insights to support product quality. Acting as a sensory science and analytics partner, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of robust sensory programs. 

Moreover, you will coordinate sensory activities, including sample management, preparation of sensory sessions, laboratory organization, and panel support, ensuring full alignment with Ferrero sensory methodologies, standards, and procedures. Through the application of statistical analysis, you willsupport the identification of risks, deviations, and opportunities. You will also provide sensory and analytical support during quality investigations, product assessments, and ad hoc evaluations, contributing to root cause investigations, risk assessment activities, and evidence-based decision making. 

In addition, you will actively support the development of a strong sensory culture within Headquarters by contributing to training programs, workshops, and capability-building initiatives. You will promote best practices in sensory science, facilitate knowledge sharing, and help increase awareness of the value of sensory evaluation and data-driven quality management throughout the organization. 

You will also maintain an efficient and well-organized sensory laboratory environment, ensuring proper sample storage, traceability, inventory management, and availability of materials required for sensory activities. 

You bring a Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field, together with 1-3 years of professional experience. You are eager to grow your expertise and contribute to a role where sensory science and quality come together. 

You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English. 


You know how to work with statistical analysis tools and standard digital applications, using data to support informed decisions and meaningful outcomes.
