As Business Development Manager for Africa & Levant, you will help shape the Region’s long-term growth  agenda. Your mission is to identify new opportunities, turn insights into clear plans, and support markets in bringing strategic initiatives to life. Working closely with commercial leaders across countries, you will create impact by guiding decisions that help the business grow sustainably and strengthen Ferrero’s presence across the Region.

You will connect strategy with action, helping teams discover opportunities and deliver meaningful business outcomes across markets, channels, and  customers.

  • You shape growth initiatives, from route-to-market transformations and market entry projects to new business model opportunities and expansion plans.
  • You build business cases, growth projections, and scenario analyses that support investment decisions and future planning cycles.
  • You identify and share best practices across markets, helping teams improve execution and accelerate business performance.
  • You help craft executive-level presentations and strategic recommendations, bringing together insights that support regional leadership discussions.
  • You collaborate across functions and countries to turn opportunities into practical actions and measurable results.

You bring strong business judgement, analytical thinking, and the ability to move confidently between strategic discussions and execution. You enjoy solving complex challenges, working with diverse teams, and helping organizations grow through thoughtful decisions and clear priorities.

  • You bring 8–10 years of experience in Strategy, Business Development, Commercial Excellence, or Consulting, ideally within an international FMCG environment.
  • You have led strategic projects, developed business cases, and translated data and insights into recommendations that support growth and investment decisions.
  • You can work comfortably with commercial and financial data, build forecasts, and evaluate different business scenarios.
  • You communicate clearly with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, creating presentations and narratives that help inform decisions.
  • You are fluent in English and are available to travel across the Region.
