Business Analyst - Ferrero Caribe

This role is hybrid, requiring 3 days in-person at our offices in Guaynabo, PR.
- Prepare monthly sales budgets by product, channel, chain, and representative
- Support forecast updates and identify SKU opportunities (overselling and underperforming)
- Develop and update monthly presentations for Key Account Managers (KAMs)
- Create templates and reports for business reviews and sales plans
- Analyze YTD vs. budget vs. last year’s sales to identify growth opportunities
- Monitor seasonal performance during activations (Halloween, BTS, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Easter)
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, HR, Finance) and external stakeholders (Buyers, Category Managers)
- Take on additional tasks as assigned by management
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in business analysis, sales analytics, sales support, or another data‑focused role
- Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry strongly preferred (e.g., sales analytics, trade, category management, forecasting, or retail execution)
- Proficiency in SAP, BW, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Retailink, and Retail Solutions
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation development
- Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
