We are seeking a Scintilla Retail Analyst with broker experience to support retail analytics, reporting, and dashboard execution for Ferrero and Ferrara, with a strong focus on Walmart Scintilla data and broker-integrated reporting.

In this role, you will act as the primary analytics owner for the Ferrero/Ferrara Pilot Team, ensuring seamless integration between internal retail analytics, broker reporting platforms, and third‑party service providers (e.g., Advantage Solutions or similar). You will partner closely with the Ferrero Retail Analytics Team Lead, Directors of Retail Operations, Pilot Team Analysts, Walmart’s Scintilla Category Manager, and broker partners to deliver accurate, standardized, and actionable retail insights.

Your work will directly influence baseline reporting, scorecarding, Go‑To‑Market execution, and ROI measurement, supporting both internal decision-making and external retail strategies.

This position is fully remote, but will ideally be based in the eastern or central time zones.

  • Manage all baseline retail analytics and scorecarding for Ferrero / Ferrara Pilot Team
  • Maintain consistency and continuity of retail reporting between Pilot Team and Broker Team/s
  • Disseminate Pilot Team retail reporting to Ferrero / Ferrara Retail Managers
  • Gatekeeper of the following retail reporting, cycle loads and Go To Market plans in alignment with 3rd party service providers and Broker Partners:
    • Loading the cycle plan
    • All baseline retail reporting
    • My Perfect Store Reporting
    • Project Reporting
    • Scorecards and Dashboards
  • Responsible for the consistency, accuracy, integrity, and quality control of all retail reporting and analytics
  • Manage and coordinate KPI/DSMP/My Perfect Store reporting standards and expectations within Pilot Team, in alignment with broker network
  • Assist with the creation of Microsoft Access databases for automation of reporting analytics, summary reports, scorecards / dashboards
  • Track and communicate all KPI/DSMP/My Perfect Store goals, initiatives and expectations through channel / retailer / global project auditing and scorecarding
  • Responsible for alignment with Ferrero / Ferrara Sales and Finance in terms of producing monthly, quarterly, and session retail execution ROI
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Experience within the IT Industry
  • Broker or Retail Analytics experience required (preferably within several customers)
  • IT experience an advantage
  • Proven Experience with Walmart Scintilla data
  • Well established knowledge of the broker IT platform and reporting (Stay In Front, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Possess critical thinking skills, problem solving skills with an ability to adjust to ad-hoc requests / demands
  • Able to work in a team environment and build consensus

  • Detail Oriented, Organized, and excellent Time Management
  • Advanced Computer skills is a must (Microsoft Access – tables, queries | Microsoft Excel – pivot tables, macros, complex formulas, scorecard/dashboard)
  • Passionate with a Great Attitude

  • Analytical ability to evaluate data (retail reporting) and identify key areas of opportunity
  • Willing to travel 25% of the calendar year
