You will contribute to the growth of market share and to the competitive positioning of our brands as a Nutella Brand Manager in AFL. 

You will develop brand strategies by shaping, developing, and implementing ideas and projects, while aiming high and working toward shared goals together with your team. 

Thanks to your contribution to strategy definition, you will provide insights that help shape brand targets, sales mix, net sales, gross margin, marketing contribution, volumes and sales value budgets. You will take part in the preparation of key strategic plans, including volume projections, P&L and marketing plans, while managing advertising, promotion, research and market analysis costs. You will give direction on brand positioning in relation to competitors’ actions, build on consumer insights and trends, verify price lists, evaluate product mix choices, and contribute to new product development strategy and innovation through product and strategy development. 

You will, in coordination with the Regional Marketing Manager, develop the advertising strategy and manage creative and media agencies. Thanks to your ability to organize and follow through, you will shape and implement the activity grid according to planned timelines and ensure consistent execution. You will monitor outputs linked to brand plans, participate in defining the promotion strategy, supervise material development activities such as packaging development, labeling projects, in-store communications and POSM, and oversee conventional and digital media mix planning and follow-up. 

Thanks to your analytical approach, you will analyze market and test results, calculate KPIs and propose actions based on findings. You will participate in the proposal, implementation and follow-up of strategic and operational improvement projects, including the preparation of briefs. You will also support the Regional Marketing Manager in managing, motivating, coaching and developing the regional AFL teams, while working in close collaboration with the Sales Force, Trade Marketing, Demand Planning, Head of Media Planning, Regional Category Marketing, Research teams, the AFL CMO, AMM and the AFL General Manager. 

Thanks to your academic background, you bring a Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Marketing, supported by solid professional exposure. You will draw on around 6 years of experience in Marketing, with hands-on involvement in FMCG and Brand Marketing. Your work reflects a balanced approach to both strategic thinking and operational execution. 

Thanks to your curiosity, you are comfortable exploring different markets and cultures, allowing you to adapt your perspective and understand varied consumer contexts. You will rely on your ease with retail and consumer databases, as well as your strong command of Excel and PowerPoint, to analyze information and translate it into clear and structured outputs. 

You will operate confidently in an English-speaking environment, using your fluency to support clear communication. Thanks to your communication and presentation skills, you are able to share ideas, insights, and recommendations in a clear and well-organized manner with diverse audiences.
