Ferrero Australia is seeking an Assistant Brand Manager to help shape the future of our brands. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to brand strategy, lead impactful projects, and collaborate with diverse teams to drive growth and consumer engagement.

  • Support the creation and execution of brand plans, including media strategies and campaign implementation
  • Analyze market data and consumer insights to inform brand strategy and provide actionable recommendations
  • Lead and manage marketing projects and activations from concept to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
  • Conduct post-activity reviews to optimize future campaigns, focusing on market share and profitability
  • Manage the A&P budget, identifying opportunities for optimization
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Category, Retail Activation, Consumer Insights, Finance, Supply Chain, Media) and external partners (advertising, digital, PR, packaging, and media agencies)
  • Develop impactful in-store materials and support new product launches, including market research and go-to-market planning
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with legal and ethical standards
  • Uiversity degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Relevant experience in brand management or marketing, ideally within FMCG; experience in the Australian market is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in market data analysis and consumer research (e.g., Quantium, IRI, Nielsen, Homescan)
  • Proven project management skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and business writing skills
  • Experience managing budgets and exposure to P&L
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and eager to learn and grow
  • Advanced MS Office skills, familiarity with SAP systems is an advantage
