Area Europe Modern & Traditional Trade Specialist
For our Ferrero HQ based in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for an Area Europe Modern & Traditional Trade Specialist to join our Sales Business Development function.
By covering this position, you will support business development by assisting in the creation and implementation of strategies aimed at driving growth with modern trade customers and strategic channels such as clubs and discount retailers.
You will also maintain partnerships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment on objectives and promotional plans while coordinating international customer community calls and touchpoints to strengthen collaboration across markets.
Moreover, your role will be to lead and manage projects related to portfolio execution and channel development, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
You will work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Revenue Growth Management, and Category teams to design and implement commercial activities that support overall objectives.
You will conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and monitor performance, providing insights that contribute to revenue growth initiatives.
Last but not least, you will track results and share actionable recommendations to support decision-making.
You will bring your educational background in Management, Economics or other related fields with 5-7 years of experience in Trade Marketing and/or Key Account Management within an FMCG environment.
Furthermore, you will demonstrate advanced data analysis and negotiation skills, combined with flexibility and a strong focus on achieving results. Thanks to your ability to interpret complex data and engage effectively with senior management, you will contribute to informed decision-making and successful outcomes.
You will also rely on clear and confident communication skills to build alignment and foster collaboration across teams.
Finally, you will bring your proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with your fluency in English.
