A 3-month intensive program where newly appointed Senior Managers collaborate to deepen their understanding of Ferrero’s business goals, guided by company executives. Focused on leadership skills, the program emphasizes what the company expects from each manager: to be an ambassador of Ferrero’s vision, a value producer, and a people developer, with continuous passion and enthusiasm.
