Join us in shaping the future of People & Organization (P&O) in North America! In this role within the O&I team, you’ll support and assist the newly established P&O Project Management Office and Cross-Functional Manager, helping drive key projects and transformational programs that support our strategic vision. You’ll work closely with project leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure initiatives run smoothly on time, and within budget.

•    Provide coordination and support for P&O projects and major cross-functional programs that make a real impact on our organization.
•    Assist the P&O PMO and Cross-Functional Manager in managing governance processes and ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
•    Keep stakeholders informed and engaged, from senior leaders to project teams.
•    Monitor progress, anticipate challenges, and contribute to solutions that keep projects on track.

Your work will directly influence how we evolve and grow as an organization. You’ll be at the center of collaboration, helping teams deliver results that matter for our people and our business.

Essential Accountabilities: 
1. P&O Governance (Shared Responsibility) 
o    Assist in managing local governance activities (e.g., POLT, EPOLT).
o    Collect and synthesize relevant data, prepare meeting materials, and develop reports.
o    Ensure alignment between governance outputs and strategic guidelines and priorities.
o    Main interfaces: P&O PMO and Cross-Functional Project Manager, O&I Manager, SVP P&O, POLT.

2. Project Planning (Shared Responsibility) 
o    Support the P&O PMO and Cross-Functional Project Manager in developing comprehensive project operating plans (in line with Ferrero Project Management Framework).
o    Main interfaces: P&O PMO and Cross-Functional Project Manager, Workstream Leaders, Project Leaders.

3. Project Development (Shared Responsibility) 
o    Cascade project plan to stream leaders and coordinate execution across streams.
o    Ensure timely and quality implementation of projects according to the project plan.
o    Main interfaces: P&O PMO and Cross-Functional Project Manager, Workstream Leaders, Project Leaders, O&I Manager.

4. Project Monitoring (Full Responsibility) 
o    Track progress against deliverables and timelines.
o    Provide consolidated updates to project leadership and stakeholders.
o    Main interfaces: P&O PMO and Cross-Functional Project Manager, Project Leaders, O&I Manager.

5. Project Accounting (Full Responsibility) 
o    Collect and consolidate data on project costs and benefits.
o    Deliver monthly budget vs. plan reports to ensure financial transparency and accountability.
o    Main interfaces: P&O PMO and Cross-Functional Project Manager, Project Leaders, O&I Manager.

•    Previous experience supporting project management activities, ideally in a cross-functional or matrixed environment.
•    Exposure to governance processes (e.g., preparing materials for leadership meetings, collecting and synthesizing data, developing reports).
•    Project planning and coordination, including supporting the development of project plans and tracking progress. 
•    Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
•    Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
This role is well-suited for someone who has previously worked as a project coordinator, project analyst, or in a similar support function within HR, operations, or business transformation teams. Experience in a multinational or complex organizational setting is a plus.
•    Bachelor degree (Master is a plus)
•    Strong project management skills.
•    Knowledge and proficiency with digital collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, project management platforms).
•    Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the preparation of clear reports and presentations.
•    Analytical mindset. 
•    Outstanding organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. 
•    Openness to change and experience.
•    Understanding of project accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting. 
•    Commitment to continuous learning and development.

The base salary range for this position is $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.
