HRBP Supply Chain, 3rd Party Operations, Operation Planning & Industrial HR PMO
The HRBP Supply Chain, 3PO and PMO Industrial will work closely with the Manufacturing and Supply Chain Leadership Team to execute a successful people and organizational strategy to facilitate organizational and functional design initiatives, engagement and retention initiatives and full-service human resource strategy to deliver on business results in North America. The role will be the responsible for managing industrial project initiatives with partnership of COEs and Group to deliver on all change management initiatives, talent acquisition, succession planning, learning and development and compliance programs within the Industrial and Supply Chain perimeter. You will be responsible for tracking and reporting analytics that drive overall KPIs and create action plans to support progress with support of the operational stakeholders. The position will also have direct management oversight of one HR Generalist that will support Supply Chain initiatives and an internal co-pack manufacturing site in Somerset, NJ.
HRBP Support – Supply Chain/Operations Planning/3PO (Third Party Operations)
• Support the deployment of the P&O strategy and goals aligned with Group strategy
• Support main functional stakeholders in development of people and organizational initiatives (Supply Chain, Third Party Operations across USA, Canada and Puerto Rico)
• Guarantee timely and appropriate delivery of projects and initiatives, maintaining project timelines
• Facilitate organizational design enhancements to support strategy in partnership with operations
• Oversight and support of Somerset Co-Manufacturing center
Talent Management
• Participate in the Coordinate the job evaluation process
• Work with C&B to consider relevant market research and data as required
• Evaluate proposed structure changes/additions
• Facilitate talent planning and succession planning for Industrial and Supply Chain perimeter
• Align and cascade workforce planning for projects and CAPEX initiatives
• Ensure timely development of talent to facilitate changing needs of the workforce
• Prepare succession planning meetings with functions and execute People Development Boards at North America level
Recruitment
• Monitor and review open postings
• Develop, recommend and prepare offer letters
• Facilitate onboarding through Employee welcome instructions and proper planning with Line Managers
• Complete I-9 verification for new hires
Employee Relations
• Provide accurate, professional and timely support and exceptional customer service to managers and employees, answering questions on all employee related matters
• Advise managers on a variety of human resources programs including performance management, progressive discipline, recruitment, compensation and general human resources practices and procedures
• Provide guidance and interpretation of policy and legislation to managers and employees
Budget
• Prepare the fiscal overhead/structures budget in accordance with departmental staffing requirements with direction from the HRBP
• Prepare cost impact analysis of wage changes for retail and warehouse teams – e.g. minimum wage increases, market adjustments, etc.
Project Management
• Responsible for project management for industrial perimeter in North America, including CAPEX initiatives, Org Design and Org Strategy for P&O
• Partnership with Plant P&O Leadership to consolidate results and reporting for North America and Group
• Facilitate annual budget process and strategy in partnership with HRBP of Industrial
• Monitor and track capabilities and efficiencies for Industrial and Supply Chain perimeter
• Implementation of Organization Governance for perimeter
• 8+ years of Human Resources Business Partnership experience. Bachelor's degree required
• Relevant experience leading HR and Labor Relations for industrial or warehousing operational environments
• Experience in supporting multi-site locations, multi-country preferred
• Extensive experience in project management full cycle from conception to implementation
• Previous HRBP experience preferably in Manufacturing and Supply Chain. Union experience preferred
• Experience working in a matrix environment with multiple COEs and functional departments.
• High competency in utilizing analytics and KPIs to drive decisions and results
• High competency in change management planning and execution
• High competency in managing multiple stakeholders across different business units or functions
The base salary range for this position is $163,632 - $218,176 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time. In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits.
