About the Role:

As the Retail Coordinator for Fannie May, you will be responsible for supporting the Retail Channel with a centralized focus on store teams. You will serve as a liaison between stores, corporate partners, and vendors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. You will arrange logistics and prepare presentations for annual, seasonal, and monthly meetings. This position will require you to have progressive organizational, administrative, and project management experience with the ability to work cross-functionally to achieve objectives. You will have the ability to network and grow the business based on established business objectives.

This position is Hybrid.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and partner with departments to gather and streamline store communication
  • Produce and distribute Retail updates
  • Serve as contact for stores in gathering and collecting data and surveys
  • Update and maintain Retail Calendar planning
  • Build and track project plans
  • Maintain vendor data and invoicing/portals
  • Support tracking of assets and budgets
  • Lead and manage meetings
  • Work with leadership on new store and growth initiatives

Who we are looking for:

  • 3+ years of leadership in retail or restaurant and/or administrative experience

Education:

  • High School, Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
  • Basic to Intermediate PowerPoint skills

Compensation Data

The base salary range for this position is $45,000 - $61,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.

In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits.
