Ferrero Scandinavia is looking for a Key Account Manager to join the Swedish Sales Team in our Nordic HQ.
As one of our Key Account Managers in Ferrero you will lead customer partnerships and contribute to the growth of our iconic brands. You will be responsible for executing Ferrero Scandinavia’s sales strategy, managing key accounts, and ensuring strong commercial performance across your portfolio.
You will manage and develop customer-specific sales strategies, negotiate annual agreements, and oversee forecasting and budget planning. Delivering volume and net sales targets, optimizing promotional investments, and ensuring accurate reporting and ROI analysis are key elements of the role. You’ll collaborate with Field Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Marketing teams to ensure effective execution of activities and maintain Ferrero’s freshness and visibility in stores. You will also monitor trade developments and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and support our category management initiatives.
To succeed in this role, we believe you hold an academic degree and have experience from the Swedish trade in a similar role, ideally within FMCG. You are fluent in Swedish and English, and literacy in other Scandinavian languages is considered a merit. Experience in Trade Marketing and/or Category Management is an advantage, as is familiarity with SAP. You bring strong analytical and negotiation skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for building lasting customer relationships.
