About the Role:

As an HR Specialist at Ferrero you will play a crucial role supporting our employees and all HR processes while fostering a positive work environment. 

Serve as a point of contact for employees, payroll provider and other vendors inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies, procedures and compensation and benefits matters.

Main Responsibilities:

Responsibility for the implementation of all aspects of human resources in the life cycle of the employee including onboarding and offboarding processes. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.

Own, manage and maintain data accuracy in all HR systems and ensure compliance with the company policies and regulations.
Administer salary processes and employee benefits programs, collaborate with the payroll provider to ensure accurate payroll processing while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Who we are looking for:

5 + years of experience as a C&B Specialist or similar role
Knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations
Excellent analytical and numerical skills
Accuracy and Detail oriented
High proficiency in Excel
High proficiency in both English & Hebrew is a must
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
Collaborative team player with exceptional interpersonal communication skills across diverse interfaces.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work with a sense of urgency in a dynamic environment.
Initiative-driven, detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
