Ferrero, home of Nutella, Ferrero Rocher, Kinder Bueno, Tic-Tac, Butterfinger, Nestle Crunch, Baby Ruth, and many more iconic brands has an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our talented team in Parsippany, NJ. 

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to determine their fit for specific roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
• Drive the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
• Continuously build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to track recruitment metrics and performance.
• Generate reports on recruitment activities, including sourcing effectiveness, time-to-hire, and candidate quality.
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of concern.
• Make data-driven recommendations to optimize the recruitment process and improve outcomes.

Who we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2 – 3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in a sourcing or full life cycle role.
• Experience in a consumer packaged goods company highly preferred
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
