Lead the Supply Chain Development vertical within Supply Chain:

  1. Strategize and drive implementation of Region Supply Chain Master Plan, identifying key priorities in line with PS3 Plan
  2. Drive Continuous Improvement and FOX program initiatives (KK, 5S, Process Mapping etc.) in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
  3. Steer Governance, Risk and Compliance across functions within Supply Chain in consistency with Group Standards
  1. Support the Region Supply Chain manager to drive the definition and implementation of Master Plan, identifying the key priorities and preparing a 3-year horizon Plan including CAPEX, budget and KPIs
  2. Accountable for Performance Management System of the Region including KPIs such as Service Level, Forecast Accuracy, Freshness, Quality Audit scores, Cost etc.
  3. Collaborate with all functions within Supply Chain to align and finalize performance targets (SQCDME). Measure performance, analyze, devise, and implement action plan to sustain/ surpass targets
  4. Effectively ensure Governance, Risk and Compliance to policies and processes for all functions within Supply Chain in consistency with Group Standards. Drive Integration & alignment of local work processes with Global standards and ensure timely review and audits.
  5. Responsible for driving FOX program initiatives inside Supply Chain and maintain consistency. Align with SSP to harmonize the deployment of Operations objectives at local level
  6. Develop strategies to steer Continuous Improvement through initiatives, including improvement workshops and way of working standardization, to bring in efficiency and improve the KPIs
  7. Lead Project Management Office at SC Regional level & Define Regional Project Portfolio and its implementation, in consistency with the Group standardized project management tools
  8. Support Region SC Manager to design new BDG & PS maneuver in a timely manner and in Line with Area and Group strategy
  9. Regional referent for Group projects for Region India and implementation (including Sustainability)
  10. Drive Sustainability culture over local level. Coordinate Regional collection and production of the supply chain data / initiatives
  11. Leading a team of professionals for Safety and Quality Excellence Standards within Supply Chain Network and efficiency improvement
  12. Owner of the remediation plan and its implementation to ensure compliance with Group Operating Standards and efficient SCM processes
  13. Responsible for all Business Reviews deck preparation to represent Supply Chain. Adherence to preparing and publishing of reports. Driving data analysis to gather business insights
  14. Line Managers Excellence - People Development: Development of analytical and soft skills - Presentation, communication, IDP etc. Develop career progression plan in consideration with HOD and HRBP. Ensure compliance to Ferrero Work practices and Guidelines

EDUCATION 

Post Graduate (preferably in Operations)

EXPERIENCE

12+ years

SPECIFIC KNOWLEGE

  • In depth knowledge of Project Management, including tools and trackers
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Power Point etc.)
  • Sound knowledge of SAP is an advantage
  • Data Analysis
