About the Role:

As a Supply Planner for Ferrero Benelux, you'll play a vital role in ensuring product availability and managing the entire product flow from production to customer delivery. Reporting to the Supply Planning & Copacking Manager, you'll be responsible for coordinating supply planning activities related to one or more plants.

Main Responsibilities:

In this dynamic role, you'll handle a range of tasks to maintain optimal product availability, stock coverage, and freshness levels. This includes determining weekly production requests in SAP APO, overseeing production and dispatch of volumes to local warehouses, and managing daily order dispatches.

Collaborating closely with colleagues in the copacking department, you'll ensure product availability for mixed displays and manage stock, identifying critical SKUs and finding solutions with customer service. Additionally, you'll proactively escalate risks of out-of-stock situations and overstocks, and participate in consensus meetings with trade and business intelligence teams to exchange information on product availability and forecast changes.

Your role also involves contributing to ad-hoc supply chain and company projects.

Who we are looking for:

To excel in this role, you'll ideally hold a Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, or a related field, coupled with 5 years or more of experience in a similar function.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, and fluency in English and French is required. Knowledge of SAP APO, SAP ECC, or BW is advantageous.

You'll need excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work well under pressure and prioritize effectively. Clear and timely communication is key, as is a collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn and collaborate with multiple departments and levels within the organization.
