The Regional Visi Cooler Executive  will serve as the primary point of contact between Ferrero and store owners within the designated region. This role is crucial in executing contract signing, managing cooler stock, and ensuring compliance with operational guidelines to optimize the performance of Visi coolers.

  • Execute contract signing and manage commercial execution for Visi coolers in the respective region.
  • Act as the primary liaison for store owners, gathering feedback and providing solutions while monitoring project health.
  • Oversee stock replenishment, ensuring adherence to cold chain compliance and recording quality controls during the process.
  • Manage recovery and returns in collaboration with the sales field team, highlighting exceptions periodically.
  • Coordinate with vendors and the sales team to facilitate project needs.
  • Lead asset transfer coordination for non-performing coolers, ensuring proper storage conditions are maintained.
  • Responsible for receiving, recording, and tracking coolers at store fronts, ensuring timely reporting and resolution of issues.
  • Create purchase requests (PR) and manage goods receipt notes (GRN) in coordination with procurement and finance stakeholders.
  • Ensure proper placement of coolers by store managers, maintaining functionality under the guidance of RVEs and trade marketing departments.
  • Address placement compliance issues promptly with RVCM/NVCM.
  • Inform store managers about Visi cooler management guidelines to ensure compliance with quality and legal standards.
  • Manage disposal activities in line with Fixed Asset Management guidelines and applicable legislation, ensuring proper branding removal.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales operations, trade marketing, or equipment management.
  • Experience in FMCG or retail environments is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of stock management and cooler operations.
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and manage fieldwork effectively
