E-commerce Manager - Brazil
| Responsible for creating and proposing strategies and annual plans for e-commerce clients. Management, alignment and implementation of the OMNI channel and pure players calendar and actions. Achievement of the channel's volume and financial indicators. |
- Deeply understand the group's most up-to-date guidelines on content and digital marketing.
- Develop the commercial strategy and action plan for the E-commerce channel, identifying market opportunities and leading the channel’s investment plan.
- Define volume planning (BDG, SAF, PS) aligned with the group’s strategy and the channel plan.Lead the creation, alignment, and approval of commercial policies for the different formats within the E-commerce channel.
- Responsible for the integrated management of the E-commerce channel P&L, covering Pure Players, Omnichannel, and B2B clients.Lead the development of the OMNI channel, creating and implementing strategy and action calendars, ensuring alignment with Direct and Indirect Sales.
- Implement the e-Media strategy for E-commerce, ensuring strong search visibility of the showcase website on Google through effective SEO and Google Ads execution.
- Lead channel development and digitalization projects such as E-portfolio actions and B2B Retail projects.
Experience & Education Requirements
- Experience: Over 10 years
- Education: Bachelor’s degree completed
- Related fields: Marketing, Economics, Business Administration
- Postgraduate studies, MBA, or additional degrees are considered a plus
