The Trade Marketing Analyst is responsible for supporting the trade marketing team in analyzing sales and market data, identifying growth opportunities, and helping execute trade marketing strategies. This role reports to the

Trade Business intelligence & Planning.

Main Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the company’s external merchandising operations

Lead sales incentive target validation and performance tracking

Maintain and monitor sales targets within commercial systems

Prepare analytical materials for recurring commercial meetings

Track innovation performance and new product execution

About You:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

2-4 years of experience in analytics.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Proficient in Excel, Power Query, Power Pivot, and basic VBA.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.

Experience in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector.

Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI.

Basic understanding of trade marketing principles and tactics.
