For our Global Headquarters, we are looking for a Brand Manager Ferrero Rocher Core for a 9 months fixed term contract. 

Sustainability Journey 

Your responsibilities will include finalizing the PP (plastic packaging) conversion roadmap and coordinating the implementation of improvements in PP transparency. 

Additionally, you will roll out the new Gold CRT across Trade Units (TU), Consumer Units (CU), and Point of Sale Materials (POSM). 

Furthermore, you will finalize the development and coordinate the implementation of new recyclable inner trays, working with CSU to set up consumer research where needed to support trade argumentations. 

You will support the BSR (Brand Social Responsibility) Manager in rolling out the Global Campaign and in developing new messages. You will also be responsible for updating the BSR Communication Toolkit, including assets, website content, PR materials, and more. 

Your main stakeholders will include Areas, Global Brand Managers, Sales Business Development, Technical Category Management, Packaging Unit, Consumer & Shopper Understanding, and external agencies. 

Rocher Positioning Revamp 

Together with your team you will support the implementation of Ferrero Rocher new positioning working on CU across the Globe. 

You will bring knowledge from a university degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, or a related field, combined ideally with 1-2 years of experience in FMCG, a Brand Marketing environment or similar.  

Your attention to details and analytical background, complemented by your proactive and curious mindset will be key to navigate through Ferrero system and work efficiently in a matrix. 

Fluent English is required, any additional language is appreciated. A proactive and collaborative way of working is key to support your impact on the role.
