To support senior digital marketing manager to deploy digital strategy for Kinder Category and create local relevant contents on social platforms following brand positioning and long-term strategy. To deploy marketing excellence on EC platforms to drive growth.

BRAND COMMUNICATION

    • Well understand Kinder brand objectives and support senior digital manager to define local digital communication strategies
    • Manage agencies to ensure excellent deployment of digital communication strategy
    • Collaborate with Kinder brand managers to build end-to-end digital campaigns (paid ads, own platforms, earned media) to drive brand awareness, engagement and conversions in right consumer touchpoints and achieve business goals.
    • Collaborate with SBD team to support channel activation in digital touch points
    • Collaborate with media team to define right touch points to optimize users’ digital journey and evaluate the effectiveness of digital paid media
    • Collaborate with CSU team to track social buzz of Kinder brands and relevant categories
    • Work with campaign agency to manage KOL contents to ensure they are fully aligned with brand guidelines
DIGITAL CONTENT CREATION
    • Follow global social media guidelines and support senior digital manager to adapt it to local digital environment
    • Manage social agencies to develop local relevant social contents on own platforms while following BPS of Kinder category
    • Closely work with social agencies to develop in-time contents, riding on brand relevant hot topics to drive consumer proximity

Develop digital assets for Ecommerce platforms and continuously optimize based on conversion performanceEC BUSINESS SYNERGY

    • Close communication with SBD team to ensure consistent campaign messages to deliver on EC platforms
    • Collaborate with SBD team to leverage marketing resources and propose activation ideas on EC platform and monitor the return to drive business growth
    • Monitor media / non-media expenses on EC platforms and get learnings for future optimization
    • Learn new trend of social Ecommerce and provide instant support from marketing perspective
    • Support senior digital manager to evaluate impact of marketing resources on EC business and build long-term strategy to support
DIGITAL EXCELLENCE
    • Support senior digital manager to grow digital capabilities for organization through the test and learn initiatives.
    • Learn new trend of China digital media platforms and provide innovative ideas in IMC campaign planning
  • Experience in managing social media content and evaluation
  • Experience in using digital tracking tools / research to monitor engagement, buzz and EC performance, etc.
  • Experience in digital campaign execution, pre and post evaluation
  • Well understand various digital media platforms
  • Experience in FMCG marketing work, preferably in food & beverage industry
  • Smart communication skills to well manage multi-external agencies
  • Be sensitive to social trend and gags
  • Working experience in digital / social agency would be a plus
