About the Role:
As Assistant Key Account Manager you will support the Key Account Manager Albert Heijn in administrative and operational tasks.
Main Responsibilities:
We are looking for someone who can smoothly support our Key Account Manager with both daily and seasonal tasks.
This role involves ensuring proper following up of the business strategy defined by the KAM including agreements on activities and promotions. Additionally, you will coordinate and prepare the promotional activities for this customer by updating the promotional plan, preparing customer specific offers and managing the input on SAP TPM tool.
You will follow up on folders, price collection and store checks on the field, and you will manage assortments in collaboration with the trade marketing team.
This position entails ensuring timely and accurate monitoring on customer invoicing, resolving any discrepancies, and maintaining clear communication.
You will also be responsible for coordinating the preparation of sales meetings, supporting the sales team in organizing and preparing both internal and external meetings.
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for someone with a Bachelor’s degree in Business or another related field. Experience in the FMCG sector is a plus. To complement our team, we are seeking a driven and detail-oriented administrative professional with a strong interest in sales within an international context.
The right candidate combines analytical thinking with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and thrives in dynamic settings where priorities can shift quickly. In order to succeed in this role, being proactive, resilient under pressure, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently is key.
A solid command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is essential, as well as familiarity with SAP is highly valued.
Fluency in both Dutch and English is required.
