Here, everyone has the opportunity to make Ferrero brands even more extraordinary…and you can too. As Field Sales Analyst Assistant, you will be able to work on powerful brands such as Nutella, Kinder, Ferrero Rocher or Tic Tac.
As an Assistant Field Sales Analyst intern, you will play a key role in supporting field sales analytics. Your main focus will be on tracking and analyzing promotional performance at both the retailer and field levels. To do this, you’ll work with internal tools and sell out data to extract insights that help drive business decisions. You’ll also be responsible for monitoring the marketing mix in the field, using our reporting tools to evaluate pricing, distribution, shelf presentation, POS materials, and promotional activities.
Sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will be at the forefront of your responsibilities, with a focus on both the National and Regional Account Representatives' levels.
You’ll also be tasked with updating field tools, ensuring that rolling plans, planograms, and supporting documents reflect the most current data.
Another important aspect of your responsibilities will be the creation of activity reports, which involves consolidating and interpreting feedback from the field. Additionally, you’ll contribute to budget management support.
We’re looking for someone with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, who has a genuine interest in the FMCG industry.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and proactively under pressure.
You should be proficient in Excel, PowerBI & PowerPoint, fluent in English and French, and ideally have a good knowledge of Dutch.
