We are seeking a Business Development Manager - Out of Home based in İstanbul, who will report directly to the Out of Home Channel Manager. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with spending guidelines and monitoring performance. You will work closely with other departments, especially Trade Marketing, to establish commercial priorities such as pricing, promotional campaigns and display implementations.

- Define and execute the strategic roadmap for OOH with key partners
- Analyze OOH sub-channel potential and identify opportunities
- Analyze OOH store universe and ensure KAMs and Field effective usage
- Develop and purpose the Sales and Wholesalers incentive scheme
- Manage budget effectively to align with business objectives
- Propose sales volume budget and forecast commercial and assigned structure costs
- Define client plan guidelines, set growth targets for clients and monitor progress, identifying key gaps and causes
- Develop and implement solutions for specific performance issues, including new initiatives, events, discounts, and adjustments to stock and service levels
- Evaluate and recommend organizational or structural changes to enhance channel coverage and performance
- Contribute to business development strategies and provide input for annual business development plans in the relevant area
- Collaborate closely with the distributor sales team to understand business requirements and market needs
- Ensure effective negotiation management in critical situations, such as contract signings and conflict resolution
- Identify new OOH trends & opportunities with the support of Consumer/Shopper Insights for growth and adapting the strategy(ies) accordingly
- Bachelor’s degree
- Preferably +6 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven experience in key account management and distributor relations
- Strong sales skills, including understanding, planning, analysis, selling, negotiation, and management
- Advanced communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Turkish and English
