About the Role:

As a Junior Brand Manager, you will support the Marketing Team in projects related to the market share growth and the strengthening of the assigned brands. Moreover, you will contribute to support and develop the marketing strategy by taking lead or participating in global and local consumer activation projects and new product launches.

Main Responsibilities:

•    Work on 360⁰ campaigns on high-quality, including global adaptation and local communicational materials’ creation.
•    Monitoring and analysing of competitors and market data, seeking for innovative ideas.
•    Strong cooperation with local & international departments and key external contacts.
•    Manage documentation flow and artworks development in collaboration with assigned external agencies and Workflow coordinators - as defined in the company procedures in line with international guidelines and local regulations.
•    Work closely with the brand manager on globally relevant brands and product launches while providing support (administrative or otherwise) to reach our objectives.

Who we are looking for:

•    1-3 years of relevant working experience.
•    Strong computer skills (mainly but not exclusively: MS Excel, MS PowerPoint), prior working knowledge with SAP and Nielsen data is an advantage.
•    Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in Hungarian and in English
•    Able to work in team and independently.
•    Organised and methodical, with good analytical and multitasking skills.
•    Handles repetitive work well without compromising quality of work.
•    Taking care of assigned work proactively while keeping tight deadlines.
•    Willingness to work in fast-paced and result-oriented multinational environment.
•    Eager to learn and naturally curious on how to better themselves daily.
