Come grow with us! Join Little Brownie Bakers, a division of Ferrero North America, as a Key Account Executive supporting customers within the Girl Scout channel. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customer relationships through the development and execution of commercial agreements that drive sustainable, long-term growth for Girl Scout councils.

As a member of the Little Brownie Bakers Sales Team, you will leverage customer insights, market analysis, and strategic planning to develop and execute sales strategies that support business objectives and maximize growth opportunities. You will build strong customer partnerships while deepening your commercial expertise within a unique and mission-driven sales environment.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales & Strategy, you will collaborate closely with the Field Sales Team, including Sales Execution Managers and Customer Service Representatives, to deliver exceptional customer support, achieve revenue targets, and drive successful business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will reside within reasonable proximity to a major airport in the Northeastern United States and will work remotely from a home office.

As Little Brownie Bakers operates within a highly seasonal business model, flexibility in work schedule and the ability to travel up to 50% are essential for success in this role.

  • Developing top to top relationships within Girl Scout council customer base
  • Contract negotiation both short term and long term with Girl Scout councils
  • Influencing supply chain by managing customer product forecast process and delivery plans
  • Making strategic decisions, considering immediate and long-term implications, benefits and costs, and risks associated with alternatives, to create, implement and monitor the success of a customer
  • Leading sales efforts and promoting a customer-centered culture that strives to exceed customer needs, requirements and expectations
  • Managing councils effectively by soliciting employee feedback and suggestions when making decisions or solving problems
  • Ensuring accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial data and statistics including operating and administrative budgets, to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards and requirements
  • Maintaining records and reports necessary to comply with company, government, and accrediting agency standards, regulations, and codes
  • Managing and coaching of Sales Execution Manager for territory
  • Bachelor’s Degree is required; MBA is a plus in business administration or similar field
  • At least 5 years of related experience in consumer products, seasonal business, or the Girl Scouts product program is desired
  • Prior sales experience calling on accounts that are relationship based
  • Proven skills for building customer relationships
  • Effective interpersonal skills to interface with the necessary internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to develop, present, and execute customer sales strategies with a focus on analyzing yearly results
  • Experience managing sales budgets is preferred
  • Ability to understand market dynamics, forecast results, and analyzing data
  • Effective negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills
  • In-depth knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint applications
  • Enterprise mindset and desire to build a successful career with a growing global company

The base compensation range for this position is $126,000.00 - $158,000.00. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.

In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits.
