At Ferrero, protecting our people, our brands and our business is fundamental to how we operate.

As Security Manager UK&I, you will lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of our security strategy across the UK and Ireland, working closely with Group Security and senior stakeholders across the business. With a remit spanning our manufacturing sites, offices, warehouses, Head Office and wider business operations, this is a broad and influential security leadership role.

Taking a holistic and risk-based approach, you will be responsible for helping protect our people, physical assets, goods, critical processes and organisational know-how, balancing effective risk mitigation with commercial awareness and operational practicality.

This is much more than a traditional site security role. Your remit will span security intelligence, physical and logistical security, executive protection, travel security, incident and crisis management, investigations, due diligence, security training, and threat and risk assessment.

As a trusted adviser to UK&I leadership, you will assess an evolving risk landscape, ensure emerging threats and vulnerabilities are understood and appropriately escalated, and translate complex security risks into proportionate, practical solutions for the business.

You will lead the implementation and continuous improvement of Ferrero's Security Management System across UK&I, ensuring alignment with Group standards while responding to the specific risk profile and operational requirements of the local business.

You will develop and maintain security, emergency response and crisis management plans, alongside programmes covering physical security, information protection, incident management, travel security and executive protection.

A key part of your role will be monitoring and assessing the external threat landscape, including crime, terrorism, workplace violence, geopolitical and travel risks, natural or man-made disruption and emerging security threats, translating intelligence into appropriate action for the business.

You will lead and support sensitive internal investigations involving matters such as theft, fraud, conflicts of interest, bribery, loss of assets and unauthorised disclosure of proprietary information, working with relevant internal functions and external authorities where appropriate.

You will oversee physical security projects from initial risk assessment and technical requirements through to implementation, coordinating internal stakeholders, suppliers and contractors and ensuring effective management of scope, timelines, budgets and delivery.

Working closely with Supply Chain, you will support an effective logistics security programme designed to protect raw materials and finished goods across domestic and international movements.

You will manage UK&I security CAPEX and OPEX budgets, including forecasting, cost control and variance management, ensuring investment decisions remain aligned with identified risks and business priorities.

Building strong relationships will be fundamental to the role. You will partner with UK&I leadership, Plant Management, Supply Chain, P&O, Risk Management, Finance and Group Security, while also maintaining appropriate external networks with law enforcement, intelligence and security organisations.

You will also lead security awareness and training initiatives, strengthening security capability across the organisation and ensuring our people understand the role they play in protecting themselves, their colleagues and the business.

You will be an established security professional with experience operating across a complex corporate, multi-site or similarly demanding environment, bringing the credibility and judgement required to influence at senior level.

You will have strong knowledge across areas including corporate and physical security, threat and risk assessment, investigations, crisis and incident management, and security intelligence, with the ability to understand how different areas of security risk connect across an organisation.

Comfortable moving between strategy and execution, you will be equally confident advising senior leaders on significant or emerging risks and ensuring security programmes, controls and projects are successfully delivered operationally.

You will bring strong judgement, integrity and discretion when handling confidential or sensitive matters, alongside the ability to remain calm, assess information quickly and make sound decisions in complex or rapidly developing situations.

Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills are essential, together with the ability to build effective relationships across different functions, locations and levels of seniority.

You will also bring strong project and financial management capability, ideally including experience managing security suppliers, significant physical security projects and CAPEX/OPEX budgets.

If you are a security leader who combines strong technical expertise with commercial judgement, stakeholder influence and the ability to turn risk insight into action, this is an opportunity to shape security capability and resilience across Ferrero UK&I and help us continue to protect what matters most – our people, our business and our brands.
