The Bloomington Ferrero plant is in the process of building a brand-new Kinder Bueno Plant which will be the largest Kinder Bueno production line in the Ferrero Global Group.  As the RDM for the Kinder Bueno plant, you will be responsible for the maintenance management of the business unit in collaboration with the business unit Manager and the Maintenance Supervisors. The function of this role is to guarantee the expected performance (time, cost) of the maintenance group and investment management related to the business unit. 

•    Under the direction of the Plant Maintenance Manager, manages maintenance budget proposal, gathering all needed information from the business unit Manager, and participates in budget management during the fiscal year. 
•    Supports the TDM in defining failure data analysis methods and autonomous maintenance (production routine maintenance) application scope; develop and maintain work instruction manuals and SOP’s pertaining to machinery and equipment belonging to the business unit. 
•    Creates preventative and predictive maintenance plan; responsible for Predictive Maintenance planning in collaboration with the TDM; monitor maintenance plan progress. 
•    Prepares daily/weekly maintenance intervention plan; identifies corrective actions based on equipment efficiency analysis with the TDM. 
•    Collects, analyzes, and shares best practices related to maintenance intervention execution; supports job progress monitoring and defines corrective actions to manage issues. 
•    Manages external contractors’ work execution for maintenance intervention and investment related activities done on production lines. 
•    Collaborates with Maintenance Team on new project design, implementation, and cost management; oversees technical project management of new investments. 

•    Associate Degree in maintenance related field 
•    4-7 years of production maintenance work experience 
•    Knowledge of product technology, process, and food sector 
•    Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance 
•    Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership techniques, production methods 
•    Ability to coordinate and manage large scale maintenance projects 
•    Strong communication, troubleshooting/problem-solving, interpersonal, leadership and teamwork skills 
•    Proficient with software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint and SAP PM 

The base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $90,000 annually.  Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.
