Ferrero Luxembourg HQ is looking for a talented Retail Activation Excellence Specialist to join the SBD Execution Excellence team.

Manage Assigned Regions

In this role, you will identify improvement opportunities for the Harmonized Portfolio based on market feedback, Group Best Practices, and competitor activities. You will coordinate Central and Local stakeholders to extend the Harmonized POSM approach to new Regions, supporting organizational goals, Trade Marketing plans, and Procurement strategies. You will align with local BUs on new material development to meet cross-market needs, strengthen channel presence, and create value for shoppers and retailers.

You will collect feedback from Trade Marketing Teams on portfolio implementation to highlight improvement points, propose projects to the Central Team, and generate recommendations for future designs. You will promote Harmonized solutions to optimize efficiency across financial, technical, visual, and qualitative aspects, while managing new material requests from BUs with the Central Team to ensure feasibility, timely development, and synergies across regions.

Implementation Plan

You will gather forecasts by material, activity, and market to support Procurement in yearly production planning and vendor quotations. You will monitor order confirmations (timing, quantities, artworks, logistics) to ensure material availability in line with Activity Grids and deployment plans.

Regional Teams

You will coordinate regular touch points with Regional Trade Marketing Teams to ensure smooth harmonization with Central stakeholders. You will also review regional portfolios annually, enabling technical teams to engage vendors early and support sustainable procurement.

Central Team

You will ensure accurate data flow within the Central Team, support presentations for regular meetings, and align stakeholders on project status and direction. You will also rework data for management updates, and act as the contact point between Central and Local Teams for all regional requests.

e-Catalogue

You will manage the e-catalogue content, ensuring Harmonized items are available for all BUs. This includes collecting materials, data, quotations, and vendor info, and coordinating Procurement Services for timely uploads. You will monitor catalogue usage reports, update content, and support Local Teams in using the tool correctly. You will also coordinate with IT to extend the catalogue to new Regions and manage the Power BI Dashboard to track results versus projections and highlight improvements.

You will bring at least 3 years of experience in Sales or Trade Marketing roles, ideally within Ferrero or a leading CPG manufacturer.

Your background in market research and analysis, combined with strong analytical and numerical skills, will be key to success.

Effective communication, organizational abilities, and possibly PMO experience will be essential, together with a dynamic and proactive mindset. You should also be able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and think both critically and creatively.

Finally, you are fluent in English, with any additional language considered an advantage, and you are proficient in MS Office as well as SAP/SAP Ariba.

If this role feels like the right match, we encourage you to apply!

Consumers, quality and care are at the heart of everything we do. So, to be successful at Ferrero, you’ll need to be just as consumer and product centric as we are - dedicated to crafting brilliant results for consumers around the world.
