About the Role:

Main Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for Control, Monitor, Manage & Drive Innovation, development, execution and quality for assigned projects in full autonomy following the Region Deploy manager’s and Central/Groups guidelines, considering different operations models such as industrial plants, Co-packers and Co-manufacturers;
• You will monitor activities in the field of: creating/controlling/approving/checking the technical documentation of packaging; 
• You will take part in the process of continuous improvement in the field of packaging and reduction of material costs;
• Your will research new emerging packaging trends and technology;
• You will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Development, Design and Operations.

Who we are looking for:

• Master Degree in Packaging, Engineering, Graphic, Design;
• Ideally minimum 5 years of experience;
• Consolidated structural packaging design knowledge;
• Understanding of packaging line design;
• Project management, strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Consolidated working experience in the Region market with good understanding of the local retail environment;
• 2D & 3D mechanical drawing softwares -  ArtiosCAD , etc.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written and interpersonal skills;
• Fluent English, Polish is a must.
