Main Responsibilities:

As a Packaging Deployment Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our team by developing packaging solutions to support new product launches, promotions, and modifications and ensure alignment with Group standards on innovation, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.  You will propose optimisations for packaging lines, striving for continuous improvement.


You will manage projects from conception to completion, collaborating seamlessly with stakeholders and teams across various departments such as Marketing, Purchasing, R&D, Finance, Operations, ensuring that packaging solutions meet geographic, timing, quality, and sustainability requirements.  You will provide support in analysing and validating cost sheets, ensuring that projects are economically viable.


Your role will involve conducting thorough feasibility studies, evaluating technical and economic viability, and making informed decisions that factor in plant/copacker requirements, market demands, and Group objectives.  Your input will be crucial in making technical choices regarding materials and technologies, considering local industrial standards, suppliers' offerings, and available technologies.


You will assess and deploy appropriate packaging solutions considering factors such as structural integrity, brand coherence, cost efficiency, and complexity management, always mindful of Group guidelines.


Your role will entail maintaining meticulous technical documentation, including technical drawings, material specifications, and project data sheets, in adherence to Packaging Department guidelines.  You will drive the implementation of standard documentation in both plant and copacker environments, ensuring alignment with central guidelines and best practices.

Basic knowledge of packaging testing procedures and equipment is necessary to ensure that our products meet quality standards.


Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD 2D and ArtiosCAD is advantageous for designing packaging solutions effectively.
