National Field Sales Manager Singapore
Ferrero Asia Pacific is seeking a driven National Field Sales Manager to lead field sales operations in Singapore. This role partners closely with the Country Sales Manager to achieve ambitious sales targets, optimize in-store visibility, and ensure Ferrero’s brands stand out in the marketplace.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the field sales team (sales representatives and merchandisers) to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with key accounts on space management, advertising promotions, and stock allocations to maximize volume and return on investment
- Plan and execute in-store visibility strategies, ensuring optimal product placement and promotional effectiveness
- Analyze sales data and leverage tools to identify opportunities for improvement and implement actionable changes
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and trade novelties to keep Ferrero ahead of the curve
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners (retailers, wholesalers, customers, suppliers)
- Oversee daily store management, resolve store-level issues, and ensure exceptional customer service
- Communicate performance metrics and action plans clearly to the team, driving accountability and results
- University degree in Business or related field
- Relevant experience in sales, preferably within FMCG, with a strong track record of team leadership
- Deep understanding of both traditional and modern trade channels, with experience in channel and customer planning
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical, reporting, and project management skills
- Proactive, dynamic, and resilient leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and consistently meets deadlines
- Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office
- Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese
