We have a current opening for a IT CoE Industrial Architect and are actively reviewing applications.

We are looking for an IT CoE Industrial Architect to join our Industrial Center of Excellence, supporting manufacturing operations across our plants in America. The role is focused on the support, design, evolution, and governance of industrial IT solutions mainly related to SAP PP-PI and SAP PM, ensuring alignment with manufacturing processes, operational excellence, and group standards.

The IT CoE Industrial Architect will work in close collaboration with manufacturing, maintenance, quality, and supply chain stakeholders to design end-to-end solutions that improve plant performances, standardize processes, and enable data-driven decision making.

•    Act as subject matter expert for SAP PP-PI and SAP PM, translating manufacturing and maintenance business needs into functional and technical architectures.
•    Design new industrial IT solutions and evolve existing ones, ensuring scalability, robustness, cybersecurity, and alignment with group standards.
•    End‑to‑End Solution Accountability: Act as the accountable owner for Industrial CoE solutions across their full lifecycle (demand, design, build, deploy, run, and continuous improvement), ensuring consistency across business processes, applications, integrations, data, and shop‑floor systems, while delivering expected business value, performance, security, and compliance with Group standards.
•    Define and govern integration architectures between SAP, MES/MOM systems, and shop floor equipment.
•    Support manufacturing and maintenance processes design, including production scheduling and execution, plant maintenance planning and execution, master data management as well as technical objects.
•    Evaluate different technologies and platforms, preparing comparison analyses and architectural recommendations.
•    Ensure high quality of solution design with focus on user experience, data integrity, and business continuity.
•    Anticipate future business and IT needs to ensure long-term sustainability of industrial solutions.
•    Prepare and support test strategies for new solutions and enhancements to minimize business disruption.
•    Collaborate proactively with global and regional IT teams, plants, and external partners during project implementation.
•    Promote the adoption of standard architectures, processes, and solutions defined by the Industrial CoE.

•    Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
•    Proven experience (minimum 5 years preferred) in SAP PP-PI and SAP PM within manufacturing environments.
•    A strong understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment lifecycle management is required, together with hands-on experience on integration platforms such as MOM/MES systems and industrial middleware
•    Experience with SAP S/4HANA
•    Solid understanding of system integration concepts, APIs, IDocs, OPC, and industrial middleware.
•    Ability to lead architectural discussions and guide technical and functional teams.
•    Strong analytical skills and capability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
•    Willingness to travel to manufacturing sites to support projects and solution rollouts.
•    Curiosity and passion for industrial digitalization and emerging technologies.

The base salary range for this position is $122,854 - 163,806. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.

In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits.
