Industrial Sustainability, Environment & Energy Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Sustainability, Environment & Energy Coordinator to join our plant in Belsk (Pl). In this role, you will help shape and deliver our sustainability strategy across global operations by ensuring regulatory compliance, advancing ISO certification programs, supporting investment decisions, driving continuous improvement, and overseeing performance metrics. You will ensure that sustainability is embedded across business processes and supply chains.
As an Industrial Sustainability, Environment & Energy Coordinator, you will take charge of regulatory compliance, managing reporting obligations, permitting processes, and audit readiness. You will act in full coordination with the Industrial Sustainability, Environment and Energy central function reference.
Managing and maintaining ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 certifications will be part of your responsibilities, along with acting as a Subject Matter Expert on Sustainability, Environment & Energy.
The role requires you to foster collaboration, promoting knowledge sharing, capability development, and best practices.
You’ll also ensure accurate and consistent sustainability data management across reporting systems, while driving continuous improvement initiatives to boost environmental performance, energy efficiency, and sustainable outcomes.
You will bring a university degree in Environmental Engineering, Sustainability, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related field, combined with at least 5-8 years of experience, ideally in manufacturing industry. Your profile is complemented by:
background that includes a proven ability to implement and manage ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 standards, supported by the relevant certifications.
strong understanding of environmental regulations, sustainability frameworks, and evolving ESG trends.
confidence in monitoring environmental KPIs, leveraging data reporting systems, and applying risk management strategies.
exceptional project management skills allowing you to work independently while thriving in cross-functional teams.
native Polish speaker with fluency in English.
outstanding organizational, analytical, and communication skills and motivation to grow and develop professionally.

The expected salary range for this position will be communicated to candidates selected for the interview stage, in accordance with the amended Labour Code. The final salary will be determined individually based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors, in compliance with applicable legal regulations.
