About the role:

We are looking for a Compensations & Benefits Specialist to join our Human Resources team in an analytic and dynamic role that will conduct research and benchmark to build valuable recommendations for the company's compensation strategy and benefits program.

Main responsibilities:

You will analyze and evaluate the administration of remunerations vs market, participating in compensation surveys and economic reports to obtain the most recent trends and practices. 
Use your insights to contribute to the improvement of our compensation and benefits strategy. 
Analyzing compensation data of internal and external candidates to build offers than ensure internal equity, the value of the position within the company and our local and global guidelines, will be part of your responsibilities. 
You will also manage the company's benefits program and develop policies that are beneficial to the well-being of employees. 
As part of this role, we will count on you to advise our clients and HRBPs in the correct construction of job descriptions and evaluations. 
This position requires calculate, analyze, and communicate sales force incentives, ensuring payment in a timely manner.
Along with that, the implementation and advise on measurement mechanisms associated with incentives, as well as designing and training in the use of the corresponding tools and schemes.

Who are we looknig for:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or similar.
Experience in similar roles (benefits and compensations management).
Fluency in English.

Knowledge of incentives schemes.
Experience in the development and execution of brand positioning strategies.
Proactive, accountable, results oriented and with strong strategic skills.
