Main Responsibilities:

Are you ready to take your sales career to the next level? In this dynamic role, you’ll be driving growth and managing sales in line with our company’s strategy across a vibrant and fast-paced territory. From building strong relationships with distributors to identifying new business opportunities, your impact will be felt every day.

You’ll be the face of our brand—leading negotiations, delivering compelling presentations, and closing deals that matter. Hitting sales targets and KPIs will be part of your rhythm, but so will analyzing market trends and staying one step ahead of the competition.

Additionally, you’ll collaborate closely with internal teams like marketing, logistics, finance, and legal to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Who we are looking for:

Your experience in sales (4–7 years) in FMCG area and people management (1–3 years) will be key, along with your ability to juggle multiple priorities and still deliver results.

A background in business, marketing, or economics will serve you well, and confidence in tools like MS Office and OLAP systems is a big plus.

You’ll also need a valid driver’s license, and a readiness to hit the road—because this role thrives in the field.
