Cycle Counter
Required to have a strong understanding of production lines, item descriptions, SKU numbers, pallet configurations, lot codes, and locations within the finished goods, raw receiving and packaging warehouses
- Must be physically able to spend a high degree of time in the Shipping and Receiving warehouses and/or Production areas. Approximately 60% of time is spent in a warehouse environment; remaining 40% is spent in an office environment. Must possess the ability to lift to 50lbs. on a regular basis.
- Must be able to update the Load Schedule for Outbound Deployment and validate all STO’s
- Utilize SAP / SAP WM to perform daily audit and pending counts.
- Understand SAP WM adjustment types and how they interface with the SAP system.
- Utilize SAP WM partial pallet report to decrease / eliminate aging inventory.
- Must possess above average mathematical skills and accounting knowledge.
- Ensure that all quality holds are administered from start to finish in a controlled manner and according to facility policy.
- Assist in leading the Raw, Pack and/or Finished Goods Warehouse during physical inventories.
- Daily verification and reporting of inventory discrepancies and accurate inventory counts.
- Must be able to follow instructions.
- Ability to read, write and understand English.
- Demonstrated planning/organizational skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, analytical skills, computer proficiency, flexibility, and ability to effectively multi-task.
- Ability to work in fast paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Collaborate and work in a team environment.
- Basic Computer skills
- Must have ability to work twelve-hour shifts to support 24/7 operation, including nights and weekends.
- Must be able to follow all Quality / Food Safety Requirements.
- Must be able to work in a safe manner and follow all safety requirements.
