Customer Business Analyst, Kroger
The Sales Business Analyst - Kroger will be responsible for providing analytical insights and identifying key sales opportunities for growth to support the total Kroger team and drive the sales initiatives of the Ferrero company and it’s brands.
This analytical role will also be responsible for tracking & analyzing Ferrero POS performance utilizing sources like IRI and 84.51 shopper data. This position can be located in Cincinnati or Chicago and will report to the Director of Sales - Kroger.
• Support the Kroger account team with analytical insights to drive the strategic sales agenda
• Strong analytical skills & proficiency in data analysis (using MS Office, IRI, SAP, 84.51, etc)
• Utilize data to analyze and address opportunities through creation of compelling selling stories
• Ability to support team with shipment tracking & financial management (SAP planning tool)
• Communication: Excellent verbal & written communication, ability to present insights effectively
• Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business & financial concepts
• Develop and execute new and innovative scorecards to analyze business performance
• Complete ad hoc requests for the sales and leadership teams
• Develop and maintain relationships with cross functional teams and broker partners
• At least 2+ years of CPG experience in sales, finance, or a related field preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree, M.B.A. is a plus
• Strong math, analytical, and critical thinking skills
• Detailed oriented with solid planning and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a proactive and timely manner
• Global mindset and desire to build a successful career with a growing global company
• Ability to travel approximately 10%
