The Human Resources and Organisation Improvement department is responsible for taking care of the extended Ferrero team, starting from the recruitment and development of our talents. The team also oversees reward management and organizational capabilities enhancement, as well as internal communications and the security of our people and assets. The engagement of our personnel is a fundamental part of our people-centric approach and journey and when you join our HR&OI department, you’ll help empower the growth and accountability of employees and line managers.
