The Sales department works to achieve its sales objectives by continuously improving customer relations, identifying business opportunities and developing sales strategies in line with company objectives. The team is responsible for building lasting relationships and facilitating transformation projects with our customers, distributors and retailers in order to strengthen consumer engagement and maximise market penetration. As part of our team and in collaboration with Trade and Shopper Marketing, you will help improve category management implementation, thus ensuring the right level of profitability for the Company and the customers.

Responsible for one of Ferrero’s Top 5 customers, who is also one of the largest retailers in Germany, Stephan sees strategic development as an important part of his job. He works closely with his client to plan short and long-term goals and activities and leads a nationwide team of dedicated key account managers, each of whom need to build and maintain long-term relationships with their clients.

I started as a trainee in Sales, soon became a Key Account Assistant and was then promoted to Regional Key Account Manager in the Supermarkets Business Unit. From there my career grew to include different responsibilities and different divisions within the Sales organization. During these 10 years I’ve been fully supported in my professional and personal development, learning new methodical and leadership skills in addition to a wide spectrum of expertise.

Leading the nationwide field force and the key account team of the core impulse, Benjamin is responsible for sustainable company growth and works on the strategic development of additional touch points for new channels, customers and consumers. He is passionate about developing the brand and its value.

I started as a sales trainee and soon became a sales team leader. After gaining important key account & trade marketing experience, I became head of the key account team core impulse and developed the skills to take on my current role. Ferrero has allowed me to steadily grow my career by giving me new responsibilities year after year. I have also received continuous HR support thanks to a 360° training path in people, project and key account management. This has helped me lead, train and manage more effectively, and I'm proud to share my knowledge with younger people so that I can help pass Ferrero values on to new generations of trainees.
