About the Role:

Are you passionate about bringing brands to life in-store and driving business impact through smart, data-driven marketing? We’re looking for a Trade Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team and play a key role in shaping how our products show up in the market. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with distributors, sales teams, and marketing to ensure our trade strategies are executed flawlessly and effectively.

Main Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for regularly updating the Trade Marketing Plan in collaboration with our distributors. You’ll handle Purchase Order creation and monitoring, with knowledge of Ariba considered a strong advantage. You’ll follow up on the implementation of trade marketing activities and provide detailed reporting both internally and externally. Each month, you’ll prepare reports on leaflets by category and brand, and support the development and update of Merchandising Guidelines through data analysis and charting, contributing to biannual presentations by country.

You’ll also be involved in in-store execution, ensuring displays, planograms, and promotions are effectively implemented to boost product visibility and sales. Part of your role will include gathering shelf photos by client and store type to provide feedback on planogram compliance. To stay ahead of the curve, you’ll spend half a day each week in the market, gathering market intelligence, monitoring competitor activity, and identifying new trends. Your insights will help refine our strategies and inspire new product launch ideas within the team.

Who we are looking for:

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented team player with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. You should bring at least 2 years of experience, ideally within the FMCG industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities. You’ll need to be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and familiarity with tools like Ariba, SAP, and Circana/Nielsen will give you a competitive edge.
