About the Role:
To promote and sell company products within defined customer accounts/group of customers - supermarkets and discounts – in order to meet and exceed sale targets in the given market segment, which is the frozen segment (ice creams and frozen bakery).
Creates product listings, controls purchase of agreed volumes and analyses any divergencies. Develops sales plan and monitors sales and competitive activities within assigned accounts and disseminates information to relevant parties.
Negotiates positioning of agreed listing.
Prepares sales forecast and budgets, monitors sales volume, revenues and costs against forecasts, adapts plans to improve the sales performance of the products.
Maintains relationship with assigned key accounts for the negotiation of customer contracts in accordance with overall company sales strategy, agrees with clients on pricing.
Coordinates marketing activities with clients and sales resulting from advertising campaigns, liaises technical parameters of POS materials with marketing and the client, agrees on number of promotion events
Who we are looking for:
- Sales Representative experience from food industry very beneficial
- English – oral and written
- Negotiation and communication skills
- Flexibility, ability to interpret data, creativity, promptness
- Perfect knowledge of Czech language (written and spoken)
- Very good level of English language
