About the Role:

  • Trade Marketing has a strategic relevance for our company: it harmonizes Marketing and Sales strategies/practices in order to obtain the best layout of our products in the points of sales, the proper stock and to enable the best experience for our shoppers.
  • The Channel Trade Marketing supports the Market by developing and implementing a sales strategy aligned with Brand strategy. It adapt the Ferrero Group Category strategies to fit with Local conditions (in terms of both categories and clients) in order to meet Company objectives regarding volume and profitability by Category.
  • The Channel TM specialist monitors and analyzes trade, competitors and shopper market data related to the assigned Channel / Category, in order to identify business opportunities and develop new Trade Marketing plans.
  • It defines the Channel Vision for responsible categories and the Category Vision for Retailer, through Shopper & Insight based rationale , develops and implements cross Brand and cross Category integrated programs with retailers and Implements appropriate Category development actions in conjunction with the Trade at the point of sale.

ניטור וניתוח הפעילות המסחרית כולל ניתוח הסביבה התחרותית והתנהגות צרכנים בערוצי המכירה

ניתוח לקוחות ע"י המלצות לנראות ופלנוגרמות תוך הבנת התנהגות צרכנים

בנייה ויישום תכנית Trade Marketing תוך ממשק בין מחלקות השיווק והמכירות

בניית תכניות עבודה אסטרטגיות בנק' המכירה בהתאמה ללקוחות.

הדרכה של צוותי מכירה בהתאם לתכנית העבודה.

Who we are looking for:

Previous experience in Trade Marketing / Marketing / Retail position in FMCG industry

Experience in marketing, sales and retail - an advantage

Ability to work in a complex, stressful environment

High proficiency Both in English and in Hebrew

Good analytical skills

Strategic thinking, creativity and initiative mind
