About the Role:
The role is to provide professional HR operations services, managing and supporting collaboration with outsourcing services vendors/providers, contributing to the HR team to achieve operational excellence in employment life cycle process and its optimization, headcount management, system master data control, as well as database maintenance, reporting and related projects participation and facilitation.
Main Responsibilities:
Annual Labor Cost Budgeting & Efficiency Enhancement
- Be in charge of end-to-end planning and execution of the annual total labor cost budget, including office personnels and operational workers, as well as outsourcing services.
- Track and monitor budgets using workforce data analysis. Transform data finding into practical solutions for HRBP
- Work with Reward team to support HRBP to find ways to improve productivity while retaining key talent (e.g. upskilling recognition, multi-skill award etc.)
P&O Compliance & Policy Governance
- Improve the existing P&O lifecycle management process for creating the best employee experience according to the Ferrero Group's internal compliance guidelines and the requirements of local laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain robust P&O compliance frameworks, conducting regular internal audits and risk assessment. Act as the primary owner for internal / external audits to ensure favorable outcomes.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on complex employment legal matters, data privacy compliance and policy interpretation.
P&O Digitalization
- Work together with HRIS team to manage end-to-end digital project lifecycles – from requirements definition to stakeholder training and post launch optimization.
- With support from HRIS team to enhance the effectiveness of the P&O related system, including SAP HRM, TIME, Success Factor, Gaia system etc.
- Leverage data analytics to generate workforce insights and elevator strategic decision-making.
Team Management & Development
- Develop effective communication and training materials for the team to ensure team is providing timely, consistent and accurate guidance in accordance with P&O policies and practices in plant.
- Team Coaching, Development & Retention
Who we are looking for:
- More than 8 years’ P&O/HR experience in plant, including labor cost budgeting & monitoring, reward /payroll, P&O process management, etc.
- Solid knowledge of local labour legislation,GDPR and personal data privacy regulations.
- Hands-on and has a ‘can -do’ attitude to deliver flawless P&O services and support
- Demonstrated ability to manage outside vendors, including payroll vendor, attendance system vendor etc.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent English both verbal and writing
