About the Role:
Support Supporting Functions and Supply Chain HRBP to achieve operational excellence on database maintenance, employee movement administration coordination, HR report to contribute to solid HR foundation buildup.
Main Responsibilities:
- Understands the business set-up and provides HR related consultancy to improve organization efficiency, people performance and talent development.
- Collaborates with business leadership for strategic talent resourcing and deployment to ensure alignment with company business objectives and the return for people investments.
- Be a team member of HR professionals so as to offer high end consulting and analytical, reliable support to businesses that will position the HR function as an insightful and credible business partner.
- Ensure compliance of statutory and local labour laws on employment terms, conditions and related issues.
- Fully responsible for assigned groups of staff status change process management, including prepare the proposal, follow the working flow, etc.
- Fully responsible for staff exit process management, including voluntary & involuntary, according to the company guideline.
- Support to manage & monitor responsible functions’ all kinds of leave & OT management.
- Drive staffing process keep continuous improvement in compliance with China labor law & internal control regulation.
- Ensure JD are prepared & updated.
- Turnover analysis & talent retention plan implementation.
- Assist to handle staff level position hiring requirements, agenda and action plan (Including CV screen, job channel identification & selection, 1st round interview, offer proposal and employee on-boarding arrangement.
- Independently handle panel recruitment per request.
- Support Senior Business HR manager on HR initiative projects, including, but not limited to organization engagement, talent development, internal communication.
- Other tasks assigned by line manager or company.
