Main Responsibilities

  • Management of technical project planning and development of proposals for design solutions for projects in the field of mechanical MEP
  • Preparation of technical specifications and coordination of implementation activities worldwide
  • Supporting technical purchasing in the tendering phase and managing technical alignment
  • Supporting the project manager in all phases through to construction activities on site
  • Management and reporting of costs, times and quality standards in each phase of the project
  • Preparing and conducting meetings with internal teams and external suppliers to plan and track deliverables
  • Preparation, submission and tracking of relevant technical documentation
  • Lead role in providing equipment specifications and technical support for procurement 
  • Close collaboration with maintenance and production from project start to project go-live

Who we are looking for

  • Successfully completed studies in mechanical engineering or equivalent
  • Proven technical management and project experience
  • strong problem-solving skills in a team
  • analytical skills and a meticulous way of working
  • High level of initiative and assertiveness
  • Strong cooperation and communication skills in dealing with employees (m/f/d) at different hierarchical levels
  • Willingness to travel, including for stays abroad lasting several weeks
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, knowledge of Italian is an advantage
