About the Role:
At Ferrero HQ in Luxembourg, we’re looking for an intern to join our Supply Chain function for a 6-month internship starting in September 2025.
Main Responsibilities:
You will support in coordination of activities related to packaging development and ensure the timely availability of finished goods for various regions, including Gulf Arabic Countries, Africa-Levante, Turkey, and the Travel Market. This includes creating and configuring packaging and finished good codes (BOM), as well as supporting process improvement and risk management initiatives.
Thanks to your collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will gather product information from Marketing, manage project timelines for launches, and ensure packaging materials and artworks comply with group and market-specific standards. You will also support the creation and distribution of SKU codes, enabling planning for sales and production.
The position involves frequent interaction with internal teams such as Marketing, Supply Chain, Food Law, and documentation units, as well as with external creative agencies. Strong coordination, attention to detail, and communication skills will help you support smooth project execution and contribute to process optimization efforts.
Who we are looking for:
To be eligible for the internship, you must be enrolled in an educational institution, or the internship must start and end within 12 months after your last school enrolment period. In addition, you must already hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Luxembourg which is valid at least until the end of March 2026.
You have a degree in Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain, Management related fields. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, are results-oriented, and have a knack for solving complex problems.
You will work with the Office package, particularly Excel, to support daily tasks related to packaging coordination and data tracking. You are fluent in English with strong communication skills and an analytical mindset, play a vital role in fostering effective collaboration.
Analytical thinking, clear communication, and problem-solving skills will help you manage complex projects and timelines. A collaborative attitude and the ability to work in a team setting are also important in this role.
